Description

The Dazatronyx FFS (Fuzz Face Silicon) is an expertly crafted silicon fuzz pedal based on the legendary 1970s Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face topology. It is specifically voiced to provide the high-gain, aggressive "cold-biased" characteristics associated with classic silicon transistors, offering superior stability compared to germanium counterparts. The pedal features an internal trimpot that allows users to fine-tune the bias, moving from a gated, sputtering texture to a smoother, singing sustain. As a vintage-correct circuit, it is highly sensitive to the guitar’s volume control, allowing for a wide range of cleanup from glass-like cleans to saturated fuzz. It is hand-built in Melbourne, Australia, using premium components including Switchcraft jacks and a rugged Hammond enclosure.
