The Roto Choir recreates both the rotating lower speaker and the treble rotor horn –the only way to attain that complex, multi-dimensional tone. In fact, the Roto Choir utilizes a specifically formulated SansAmp technology to deliver the entire signal chain –from the original tube power amp to the speaker and high-frequency rotor horn, to the microphone used to capture it. This is HD, 3D emulation.

The simple controls hide a wealth of options. Drive adds just the right amount of compression, harmonics and grit. Low and High sculpt the tube amp emulation with powerful EQ curves. The Fast/Slow footswitch allows users to ramp up, slow down or even stop the rotating speaker. There’s also a dedicated control to custom set the Top Speed of your rotor. Want to vary the intensity of the effect? Simply adjust the Position control to move the Roto Choir’s virtual mic closer or further from the horns. Other features include a biamped/single-speaker mode switch, stereo output and a Speaker Sim switch for direct recording.

Das Catalinbread Belle Epoch Delay-Effektpedal orientiert sich am Sound des legendären Maestro Echoplex EP-3, das in den 1970er Jahren zum Arsenal diverser Helden des Rock gehörte, darunter solche Namen wie Brian May, Jimmy Page, Eddie Van Halen, David Gilmour oder Eric Johnson. Sie setzten das Delay oft und gerne ein, neben dem warm klingenden Bandecho-Sound auch wegen seines Preamps, mit dem man einen Amp noch etwas heißer anfahren und zu etwas mehr Zerre überreden konnte.

 The Catalinbread Belle Epoch Tape Echo, has tape echo sounds so authentic you’d swear there was tape inside the pedal! Inspired by the Maestro Echoplex, EP-3 model, perhaps the most famous tape delay ever, the Belle Epoch features everything we love about the EP-3 in a small, maintenance free pedal format. We felt that a “tape echo” pedal was much more than just a standard digital delay with some “filtering” on the repeats. There are a lot of subtle and not-so-subtle traits of the Echoplex that needed to be implemented in order to be authentic. The preamp, the self-oscillation character, the ability to control the “record level” of the signal hitting “tape”, the wow and flutter, the way the repeats decay, the way the circuit interfaces with the amp and other pedals – all these things were important to get right. The original unit was used as a musical instrument unto itself and this is what we captured with the Belle Epoch.

Wren and Cuff nutzt zwei Hand-Matched BC108 Silizium Transistoren, superleise Metallschichtwiderstände und Glättungskondensatoren, um Treble-Peaks etwas zu zähmen und gleichzeitig ungewolltes Pfeifen und Rauschen bei höheren Lautstärken zu eliminieren. Viele Musiker lieben die klassischen runden Fuzz Pedale für ihren Sound, aber die meisten mögen den traditionell niedrigen Output nicht. Wren and Cuff haben das behoben - das Your Face 70's Silicon Fuzz bietet den einzigartigen Vintage-Sound und darüber hinaus all das Volume, das man sich wünschen oder brauchen kann. With the edge of a tight silicon fuzz, and some custom filtering to warm it all up, the Wren and Cuff Your Face 70's is all that's loved about the classic round fuzz pedals from the 70's, with some added tweaks to smooth things over. Wren and Cuff took two hand-matched BC108 silicon transistors selected for specific gains, super-quiet metal film resistors, and add smoothing capacitors to tame spiky highs and eliminate squealing at higher volumes, and that's only the start. Many musicians love the round original pedals for their sound, but most of them don't like the traditional low output. Wren and Cuff fixed that and the Your Face 70's Silicon Fuzz offers the unique vintage sound and in addition, all the volume you could ever want or need. Another problem with the vintage units is the way that the Fuzz knob is only useful at the last end of the knob, so Wren and Cuff added a reverse-log potentiometer that widens that range and let's you dial things in just right. They also used Mullard 'tropical fish' out-cap with increased value to allow more lows to come through. The adjustable Low-Cut control can be used to reduce some of the low-end squash, this is a simple but fantastic mod that gives an incredible amount of versatility.

Der Westminster Effects Buffered Splitter ist eines der nützlichsten Pedale überhaupt. Nutze es am Anfang deiner Signalkette als regulären Buffer (der nebenbei fantastisch klingt), in der Mitte deiner Signalkette, um von Mono auf Stereo zu wechseln ohne dabei deine Obertöne zu verlieren, oder am Ende deines Pedalboards für ein Dual-Mono Setup ohne für jedes Pedal ein zusätzliches Kabel zu brauchen.

The Buffered Splitter is one of the most useful pedals. Use it at the beginning of your chain as a regular buffer and use just one output (Which still sounds fantastic), throw it in the middle of your chain to go stereo without killing your high end, or even throw it at the end of your pedalboard to run dual mono without having to run an extra cable for every effect.
