Description
The Custom Audio Japan RS442 II is a compact programmable audio loop and MIDI controller engineered for pedalboard signal routing. Designed with an expanded 74 mm switch pitch borrowed from the RS616 and RS10 controllers, it offers improved foot spacing during live performance. It provides four true-bypass audio loops alongside real-time MIDI Program Change message transmission to switch presets on external digital effects or MIDI-capable amplifiers simultaneously. A dedicated master mute footswitch operates completely independently of the active bank presets or MIDI configurations. Presets can be quickly stored across multiple banks and edited on the fly directly via the onboard footswitches. An external control port allows users to integrate optional auxiliary footswitches for instantaneous individual loop bypass operation.Media
