MXR knows phasers. The Phase 90's compact size, superior construction, and refined sound put MXR on the map, and it set the standard by which all other phasers are judged. Two years later, MXR released the Phase 45—a mellower version of the effect favored for its ability to easily blend into a band's mix. Now, you can get both iconic circuits in a single pedal while tightening up your pedalboard at the same time. The Phase 95 combines the Phase 45 and Phase 90 circuits in a mini housing with about half the footprint of a standard MXR pedal. The 45/90 switch toggles between the Phase 45 mode's subtle two-stage phasing and the Phase 90 mode's more pronounced four-stage phasing, while the Script switch toggles between two phasing styles. The Phase 95 is set to modern style phasing by default, which relies on feedback to create light harmonic distortion and gives the effect a more accentuated swoosh. Engaging the Script switch removes feedback for a lusher, more subdued sound with higher headroom and greater clarity. The familiar Speed control sets the rate of the effect. The Phase 95 may be small, but it's full of rich phase tones, and it'll take a beating on the road.

The Dunlop CBM95 Cry Baby Mini is a compact wah pedal designed to deliver classic Cry Baby wah tones in a reduced footprint enclosure. It features a selectable three-position voicing switch that allows the player to choose between different wah frequency ranges inspired by vintage Cry Baby circuits. The pedal uses the same Fasel inductor found in traditional Cry Baby models to maintain familiar tonal character. Its smaller housing is intended for pedalboards where space is limited while retaining the feel and sweep of a full-size wah. The CBM95 is built with a durable metal chassis for live performance use. It is part of Dunlop’s modern Cry Baby Mini series.

The Keeley Dark Side is a full thick fuzz going into a modulation section which includes Uni-Vibe, Rotary Speaker and Multi Head Tape Delay among others, which is capable of yielding a ton of classic sounds inspired by David Gilmour. The Dark Side is not just a “Gilmour Tone emulator” though, in line with Robert Keeley’s “Neo Vintage” philosophy, it is rather his take on what he believes could have been improved on those classic tones should the technology had been around at the time. And it certainly shows, with features such as full-on magnetic drum delay emulation, the Dark Side offers a massive range tonal possibilities ready for you to discover.

The Reverend is my take on one of my all-time favorite pedals: The sought-after, vintage Bixonic Expandora – One of the first ‘Boutique’ pedals, Made in Japan, used among the greatest guitarists the likes of Joe Satriani, Megadeth, Bootsy Collins, Slipknot… And made famous by Billy Gibbons for its ZZ Top signature sound.

The Expandora was a phenomenal Overdrive/Distortion/Fuzz, a highly evolved Rat with an ‘expander’ circuit that made the pedal dynamically sensitive, allowing users to vary the amount of distortion with the pick’s attack or by adjusting their instrument’s volume knob. 

Imagine playing La Grange and being able to go from the clean part to the distortion part just by strumming harder. That’s the magic of this circuit!

Ribbons is a stereo magnetic tape emulator. It can degrade, warp, and age your audio just like an old cassette player — but with lots of control to dial in a wide variety of unique lo-fi sounds. Artists from every genre have used the iconic tones in this unassuming black box to create their sounds, including Nirvana, John Scofield, Pink Floyd, Metallica, REM, the Eagles, Jeff Beck and Radiohead. The JHS Pedals PackRat uses the same unique digital runway system as the Muffuletta and the Bonsai to direct the paths of 261 components through 40 individual switches. This means that when you choose one of the nine legendary or rare modes (OG V1, White Face V3, Turbo V5, BRAT V6, Dirty V7, LA, Landgraff MO'D, Caroline, JHS Mode), you are playing fully analog circuits that perfectly replicate that mode, even down to the aging components (also known as component drift). The operation of the PackRat is about as simple as it gets.

Es folgte eine Vollsiliziumversion mit einer dunkleren, sanfteren Version dieser Schaltung. Dennoch erhielten wir zahlreiche Anfragen, das Original neu aufzulegen.

Doch wir wollten nicht darauf verzichten, es zu erweitern und haben der Deluxe-Version zwei neue Schaltungen hinzugefügt, die die einzigartige Focus-Steuerung optimal nutzen – einen Overdrive-Modus für leichtere Gain-Sounds und einen strukturierten, nahezu sauberen Boost, den Sie am liebsten dauerhaft eingeschaltet lassen möchten.

The original Focus Fuzz was designed to deliver all the flavour of vintage fuzz with none of the fuss. Limited to just 250 units because of its germanium transistor, this pedal sold out in a matter of days back in 2023. An all-silicon version followed, offering a darker, smoother take on this circuit, but we nevertheless received many requests to reissue the original.

But we didn’t want to do that without expanding on it and, in the Deluxe version, we’ve added two new circuits that capitalise on the unique Focus control – an overdrive mode for lighter gain sounds and a textured, almost-clean boost that you may want to leave on all the time.
