To clarify, according to Musician on a Mission, plate reverb is “a clever way of imitating the way sound reverberates through a room. Plate reverb units are big, enclosed cases. This foundation overdrive is designed to emulate the character of vintage Ampeg tube amplifiers, specifically bridging the gap between classic 1970s rock and modern stoner rock tones. The circuit features a two-band Baxandall EQ and gain stages that avoid standard guitar-pedal cathode capacitors, drawing inspiration from high-fidelity audio design. The V2 model includes an external "Stones/Stoner" switch that reconfigures the internal gain structure to shift from touch-sensitive grit to heavy, saturated fuzz. It functions as an amp-in-a-box, providing a high-output signal that can act as a standalone preamp for both guitar and bass. The pedal is specifically voiced to recreate the signature "edge-of-breakup" response associated with the Ampeg SVT and VT-40 units.

The XVive V21 Echoman, designed by guitar effects guru Howard Davis, is a simplified monaural version of the XVive W3 Memory Delay. It is a state-of-the-art design based on Davis’s highly successful Deluxe Memory Man, acknowledged as among the best - if not the best - analog delay pedals. The pedal features up to 600 ms of delay time with no aliasing distortion. Buffered bypass with a 900K input impedance guarantees no tone sucking (loss of highs) due to pickup loading. The wide bandwidth guarantees a good high frequency response even at long delay settings. The Feedback control allows self-oscillation if desired while Blend control allows adjusting the output from dry signal only to delayed signal only (100 % wet/dry mix). High-tech filtering and noise reduction circuitry guarantee an excellent signal to noise ratio, even at long delay settings.

We are extremely pleased to announce the launch of the Belle Epoch +, our first compact delay with full tap tempo capabilities and a slew of other upgrades to our flagship tape echo simulator. Much R&D was implemented to make the Belle Epoch + the best version of itself that it could possibly be. Tapping in a beat couldn’t be easier; simply hold the footswitch to enter tap mode and hold it again to enter tap bypass mode. Apart from the tap tempo circuit, the Belle Epoch + just gives you more, more headroom, a redesigned Mix control, improved buffered bypass, a touch of noise gating and better impedance specs for rig integration. The preamp has been tweaked to provide a higher dynamic range with the same feel and response of the original Echoplex pre, giving you a more hi-fi sparkling tone that you’ve come to expect from the classic circuit. We’ve also expanded the feature set by offering three modes that correspond to wear on the virtual tape, from a pristine “fresh off the line” Echoplex to a dusty unit that’s been sitting in an attic for 40 years. Unser „Clean Little Secret“ ist eine Low-Gain-Plattform, die dank einer verfeinerten Herangehensweise an diesen grundlegenden Klassiker im Handumdrehen einen rauen Sound entwickelt, wobei viele der Mängel des Originals behoben und verbessert wurden.
Wir haben den High-Gain-Marshall-Amp-in-a-Box schon vor einiger Zeit gemeistert, und nun greift unser „Clean Little Secret“ die klassische Low-Gain-Marshall-BB-Formel auf und verleiht ihr die dringend benötigte Verfeinerung. Wir haben alles am klassischen Amp-Enhancer aufgemotzt, vom Tone-Stack bis zur Ausgangsstufe und darüber hinaus, um dir genau die richtige Portion Kick zu geben. Ein komplett überarbeiteter Klangbereich ermöglicht dir die individuelle Steuerung von Höhen- und Bassbändern anstelle eines globalen Tone-Reglers, und wir haben noch ein paar Extras hinzugefügt, um den Unity-Lautstärkepegel deutlich anzuheben. Der Lieblings-OPA unseres Designers sorgt für einen kristallklaren Klang, bis du den Gain aufdrehst – so erhältst du am Ende des Reglers köstliche Sounds am Rande des Breakups, aber in jeder anderen Position gedämpfte, stets aktive Enhancement-Sounds. Manche Geheimnisse sollte man besser nicht preisgeben!

Our take on the low-gain Marshall sound is not to be taken lightly! Our Clean Little Secret is a low-gain platform that gets gritty in a hurry thanks to a refined approach to this foundational classic, with many of the original’s shortcomings addressed and improved upon.
We’ve conquered the high-gain Marshall amp-in-a-box some time ago, and now our Clean Little Secret takes the classic low-gain Marshall BB formula and gives it a much-needed refinement. We’ve beefed up everything from the classic amp enhancer, from the tone stack to the output stage and more, giving you just the right amount of kick. A completely overhauled tone section gives you individual control over treble and bass bands as opposed to a global tone knob, and we’ve added some more bells and whistles to push the unity volume level up quite a bit. Our designer’s favorite op-amp keeps the action whistle-clean until you push the gain, giving you delicious edge-of-breakup tones at the end of the dial, but subdued always-on enhancement tones at any other position. Some secrets are better left unkept!
