Description

The Carvin Koa is a specialized acoustic guitar preamp and DI pedal engineered to deliver natural acoustic instrument tones with extended headroom. It features a boutique-style flat frequency response paired with comprehensive tone-shaping capabilities including a semi-parametric mid-sweep equalizer. The pedal integrates an on-board studio compressor with threshold and strength controls alongside a blend control to mix the EQ with the dry signal. It provides expansive connectivity options including an effects loop, a dedicated tuner output independent of the mute switch, and a balanced XLR direct output with ground lift.
