Description

The Costalab Natural Drive is a pedal built on two cornerstones: dynamic and expressiveness. Its circuit is based on more traditional network of distortion with symmetrical clipping. The presence of germanium diodes gives a vintage flavour, very round and full of harmonics. The guitar tone is not modified in any way, even with the sustain set to the max, using the volume control of the instrument or just playing with dynamics very light, you can return to the clean sound, viceversa, using it with a energetic playing, the Natural Drive responds by producing a distorted sound rich and incisive. The feeling that results is the same that you get playing with the old single-channel tube amp, pushed at maximum volume. Once you reach the right dynamic feeling, the expressiveness of the guitar player is made very prominent.
