The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. This diamond visual meter exemplifies VOX’s first stomp tuner. The large and easily visible note name indicator together with a smooth LED meter make pitch discrepancies and pitch changes obvious at a glance. While stringent tuning requirements for accuracy within ±0.02 cents are difficult for previous LED meters (display mode: strobe), the diamond visual meter makes this possible.

You can switch the display mode between three types of display method as appropriate for the player’s style.

Im Jahr 2014 haben die Muff-Meister von Wren and Cuff die definitive Version der nicht-transistorisierten Fuzzbox entwickelt: das Eye See '78. Nach vielen, vielen Anfragen haben sie sich nun endlich entschlossen, eine Big-Box-Version dieses begehrten Pedals anzubieten.
Im Jahr 1978 wurde die Schaltung des Vintage Muff drastisch verändert. Die Transistoren im Inneren wurden zugunsten von Operationsverstärkern, auch bekannt als Op-Amps (integrierte Schaltkreise, oder ICs, daher der Name), abgeschafft. Diese spezielle Variante wurde nur etwa zwei Jahre lang hergestellt, und nur ein paar tausend Exemplare haben NYC lebend verlassen.
Der Eye See '78 nutzt dieses drastisch andere Design, um den monströsen und schwammigen Vintage-Sound zu erzeugen, wie er von Billy Corgan von den Smashing Pumpkins auf Siamese Dream populär gemacht wurde. Während die meisten Vintage Muffs etwas süßer klingen, ist der Eye See '78 knackiger und frecher.
Wie der Standard Eye See '78 ist auch die Big-Box-Version eine authentische Nachbildung der V4-Schaltung mit dem zusätzlichen Bonus des V5-Ton-Bypass-Schalters. Im Wesentlichen entfernt der Tone-Bypass-Schalter den passiven Tone-Stack aus dem Schaltkreis, was zu einem Mid-Bump, einem Volume-Boost und einem deutlich raueren und offeneren Sound führt. Natürlich macht dieser Schalter den Tone-Regler unbrauchbar, aber wir vermuten, dass du ihn in diesem Modus nicht vermissen wirst - dieser Schalter ist einfach zu cool.

In 2014, the Muff masters at Wren and Cuff crafted the definitive version of the non-transistorized fuzzbox: the Eye See ‘78. After many, many requests, they have finally decided to offer a big box version of this coveted pedal.
In 1978, the vintage Muff circuit design changed drastically. The transistors inside were scrapped in favor of operational amplifiers, otherwise known as op-amps (which are integrated circuits, or ICs, hence the name). This particular variant was only manufactured for around two years, and as such, only a few thousand ever made it out of NYC alive.
The Eye See ‘78 utilizes this drastically different design to produce the monstrous and wooly vintage sound, such as the one popularized by Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins on Siamese Dream. While most vintage Muffs are a little sweeter sounding, the Eye See ‘78 is crunchier and more ballsy.
Like the standard Eye See ‘78, the big box version is an authentic replication of the V4 circuit with the added bonus of the V5 tone bypass switch. Essentially, the tone bypass switch removes the passive tone stack from the circuit, resulting in a mid-bump, volume boost, and a significantly more raw and open sound. Of course, this switch renders the tone control useless, but we’re guessing that in this mode, you won’t miss it - this switch is just too cool.
This version features 100% through hole components on a vintage style circuit board and specially selected ICs for authentic vintage tone. Oh yeah: take a peek inside for a secret adjustment to fine tune your tone beyond the stock V4 circuit...
The attention to detail doesn’t stop with the circuit and components. As always, Wren and Cuff reached out to the two LA-based small businesses - they’ve used for years to create the heavy-duty folded steel enclosures used in many of their pedals. The top of the pedal is lacquer clear-coated for corrosion resistance, features old school hand silk screened graphics and polished bakelite style knobs. This durable tone workhorse is ready for any stage, studio, or rehearsal room.
If you’re looking for a largely-untamed IC-based fuzz and distortion machine, with the ability to adapt to most genres of music under the sun, look no further than the Eye See ‘78.

The AMPX, nicknamed the “virtual soldering iron,” is a 100% analog amp design featuring BluGuitar's innovative Neural Analog Amp technology. This design allows for editing and saving analog circuit parameters at a component level, enabling the amp to authentically recreate the DNA of virtually any existing or future tube amp design in analog tube tone quality. This same technology applies to pedals, effects, and speaker simulations, which also leverage digital processing where superior. The 1CONTROL is a mini controller for the BluGuitar AMP1 (Mercury Edition and Iridium Edition). It extends the functionality of the AMP1 with access to internal controls and features that otherwise can only be controlled with REMOTE1 or MIDI1. It offers two operating modes: “DIRECT ACCESS MODE” (direct access to 2nd GAIN, 2nd MASTER, and POWERSOAK) and “PRESET MODE” (up to 4 presets storable). In Direct Access Mode the POWERSOAK is adjustable from 0.15 to 100 watts, and individual values of GAIN & MASTER can be stored in two sounds. In Preset Mode a preset can include CHANNEL, GAIN, MASTER, BOOST, REVERB, FX-LOOP ON/OFF.

1CONTROL

The BluGuitar LOOPERKIT™ extends the REMOTE1™ pedal controller to a pedal-switcher with four true-bypass loops. It consists of an installation kit that is inserted into the REMOTE1™, and a breakout-box to which effect devices are connected with short patch-cables. Once the LOOPERKIT™ is installed the REMOTE1™ can determine and save which of the four loops should be active in each preset. Thanks to the true-bypass circuit the signal only passes through the effect devices that are active in the respective preset, guaranteeing the shortest possible signal path with the least possible loss of sound.

LOOPERKIT

In combination with the optionally available REMOTE1 foot pedal all functions of the AMP1 can be selected directly via nine switches and nine presets can be stored in four banks. The MIDI-out port of the REMOTE1 can be used to switch the programs of external MIDI-compatible effect devices to match the presets.
