Das Expandora Vintage Reissue ist eine Neuauflage des runden Expandora von vor Jahrzehnten.  Die Schaltung ist dem ursprünglichen Pedaldesign treu geblieben, einschließlich der Modi Crunch, Overdrive, Distortion und Fuzz.  Allerdings befinden sich die Modus-Schalter bei dieser Version direkt auf der Vorderseite des Pedals und sind somit leicht zugänglich.  

Das Originalschema wurde verbessert, um den Headroom zu erhöhen.  Es wurden Optimierungen vorgenommen, um einen dickeren, weniger sirrenden Ton zu erzeugen.  Und wir haben eine verbesserte Leistungsfilterung für weniger Rauschen beim Anschluss an ein Standard-Netzteil hinzugefügt.  Der Expandora wird mit Stolz in den USA hergestellt.  Dieses Pedal rockt!

The Expandora Vintage Reissue is a fresh recreation of the vintage round Expandora from decades ago.  The circuit is faithful to the original pedal design, including Crunch, Overdrive, Distortion and Fuzz modes.  However the mode switches on this version are right on the face of the pedal for easy access.  

Enhancements have been made to the original schematic for improved headroom.  There are tweaks to create a thicker, less buzzy tone.  And we have added enhanced power filtering for less noise when connected to a standard power supply.  The Expandora is made with pride in the USA.  This pedal rocks!

Als wir sahen, dass Kunden ein zweites Expandora kauften, um ausschließlich den Fuzz-Modus zu nutzen, beschlossen wir, ein neues Fuzz-Pedal zu entwickeln, um diesen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Wenn du beide Kippschalter nach links schiebst, beginnst du mit dem Fuzz-Ton des Expandora Vintage Reissue.   Drehe den Fuzz- und den Voltz-Regler auf und du erhältst den gleichen glorreichen, glitchigen Expandora-Fuzz-Ton.   Drehen Sie den Voltz-Regler auf, und Sie erhalten einen variablen, stabilen Fuzz-Ton.  Wenn du den Voltz-Regler ganz nach links drehst, erhältst du einen singenden, anhaltenden Fuzz, der zum Sterben schön ist!

When we started seeing customers buying a second Expandora to strictly keep on the Fuzz mode, we decided to make a new Fuzz pedal to scratch that itch.   But once we got through the alchemy of mixing up a new Fuzz circuit, we wound up with so much more!   A monster Fuzz machine with amazing tone sculpting capabilities!

​With both toggle switches to the left, you start off with the Fuzz tone of the Expandora Vintage Reissue.   Dime the Fuzz and Voltz knobs and you get the same glorious glitchy Expandora Fuzz.   Turn down the Voltz knob, and you get a variable sweep of stability injected into the Fuzz.  Turn the Voltz all the way to the left, and you get a singing, sustaining fuzz that is to die for! 

Slap that Tone switch to the right to engage the Level and Tone knobs.   This activates the Tone stack, and kicks in an additional Gain stage.   The Level and Fuzz knob are now working together to provide complete control over the amount and type of Fuzz.   The Tone control is so interactive that there are incredible and useful tones throughout the entire range of the knob.

Der Forbidden Fuzz Bass übernimmt die Klangformel des originalen FF-Pedals und fügt eine Tonne an tiefen Frequenzen hinzu.  Im Gegensatz zu anderen Bass Fuzzes, die das tiefe Ende verlieren oder die tiefen Frequenzen simulieren, indem sie das trockene Signal wieder in den Mix einbringen, hat der Forbidden Fuzz Bass ein natürliches, dröhnendes Fuzzalicious tiefes Ende.   Natürlich kann man das auch ausblenden, wenn man will.  Aber es ist in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden, wenn du den Donner spüren willst!

Die gleiche Regelkonfiguration ist hier zu finden.   Fuzz... und Voltz, der die Glitchiness des Fuzz kontrolliert.   Ein umgehbarer Tone-Stack mit einer zusätzlichen Gain-Stufe.  Und der ehrwürdige Fat-Schalter, der den Punch in den Bauch verstärkt!   Wir verwenden NOS BC108 Transistoren für einen großen und warmen Fuzz-Ton.  Speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von Bassisten zugeschnittene Komponenten werden verwendet, um ein Fuzz zu schaffen, das speziell für Bassisten gemacht ist.
