The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. Released in 1980 as an upgraded successor to the original PH-1, the circuit utilizes a four-stage operational-transconductance-amplifier (OTA) design. The addition of an active Resonance feedback control allows players to adjust filter intensity and harmonic sharpness. Standard Rate and Depth controls shape the overall sweep speed and modulation width across the frequency spectrum. The analog architecture produces warm, organic phase-shifting textures ranging from subtle modulation to deep swooshes. An integrated buffered electronic bypass circuit prevents significant high-frequency loss during standard signal transmission. Housed in the classic compact enclosure, the unit was manufactured in Japan until its discontinuation in the mid-1980s.

The new Caverns Delay Reverb V2 dual effect pedal combines delay and reverb for the perfect end to any pedal board. The reverb and delay on the Caverns can be used individually or combined together. Since the late ’70s and until today, this little orange pedal offers a compressed, British stack style distortion with an easy control layout – Distortion, Tone and Level.
