Description

This guitar and bass effects pedal delivers studio-grade, solid-state optical compression designed to smooth out dynamics and prevent signal clipping. The circuit is identical to the compression architecture found in the manufacturer's award-winning BMAX and BMAX-T rackmount bass preamps. It utilizes an electro-optical attenuator to control transients softly and musically while retaining the instruments' natural tracking. The hardware features a military-spec circuit board engineered with fat signal traces to optimize audio pathways. It is assembled using premium 1% metal-film resistors and high-voltage polypropylene capacitors to maximize headroom and ensure long-term reliability.
