The Fortin Amplification Artery is a high-performance active signal splitter and buffer designed for complex routing in guitar and bass rigs. It features discrete Class-A circuitry to provide a transparent, full-range frequency response from 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The unit allows a single input to be split into three independent outputs without signal loss or high-frequency degradation. It offers high headroom, supporting output levels up to +18 dBm when operated at higher voltages. Built-in MOSFET protection prevents circuit damage from incorrect power polarity. The compact mini-pedal enclosure ensures a minimal footprint on crowded pedalboards.

Artery

Mike got as close as he could to the tone, and most importantly, the feel of the amp. If you are to run the MESHUGGAH into the power section of a MESHUGGAH amp, or even into the IR section of the Neural DSP Nameless X suite, the tonal differences are extremely hard to hear.

Meshuggah PreAmp

This high-performance clean booster pedal serves as a specialized tone-shaping tool designed in collaboration with guitarist Fredrik Thordendal of the extreme metal band Meshuggah. It features a single control knob that delivers up to +22dB of signal amplification, utilizing a proprietary equalization curve tailored specifically to tighten loose low-end frequencies and sharpen picking attack. The analog architecture is optimized for aggressive high-gain amplifier setups and extended-range or down-tuned guitars without altering the baseline character of the instrument. An integrated side-mounted auxiliary jack allows for simultaneous amplifier channel switching when the effect is engaged or disengaged, eliminating the need to tap-dance across multiple footswitches. The circuit ensures pristine signal integrity through industry-standard mechanical true-bypass switching housed in a rugged matte-black chassis.

The Tempest was designed as a high output overdrive pedal that would work perfectly pushing ANY amp into the brutal, exacting tone they are renowned for. For crushing uber-tight rhythm tones, have the level up and the gain down, add some gain for lead playing, and your sustain will ring out like never before. Your amp will not believe what is hitting it and your tone will be elevated to all new levels of brutality while keeping the tightest control.
