The improved RockBoard® MODs V2 are simple all-in-one patchbays for RockBoard pedalboards with a new, refreshed design, and compact housing. Utilizing the MOD slot on all new RockBoards® (except the DUO series), they provide various cable connections to fit a wide variety of needs as a convenient patchbay. With the RockBoard® MODs, you can permanently connect your pedals underneath your board and organize all connections to and from your effects setup in one convenient module. The Blade VSC-FX1 is a tone-shaping/boost pedal implementing the patented “Variable Spectrum Control (VSC)” originally used in Blade guitars — now available in a pedal format. Das Dunlop CBJ95 Cry Baby Junior Wah wurde speziell für den Einsatz auf Pedalboards entwickelt. Das Mirror Image Delay bringt diese atmosphärischen Effekte in deinen Sound, ob als einfaches Slapback oder üppige Soundscapes mit modulierten Repeats. Als Basis nutzt du Digital, Analog und Tape/Bandecho – jeweils mit zwei Varianten. Ein äußerst inspirierendes Pedal! Wenn du komplexe Beats erzeugen willst, kannst du sogar ein Pattern mit punktierten Achtelnoten dazuschalten, zum Beispiel für irisch angehauchten Stil. Wenn du das Pedal stummschaltest, klingt das Delay trotzdem sanft aus.

Fender has expanded their line of ruggedly built pedals considerably over the past two years. Den Leslie-Effekt mit rotierenden Speakern kennt man von der Orgel, er gehört in der modernen Musik zum Standard. Mit dem Pinwheel verwirbelst du jetzt auch deinen Gitarrenklang auf diese Art. Zur Wahl stehen drei verschiedene Rotary Speaker Voices inklusive Vibratone, jeweils auf Slow/Fast umschaltbar. Der integrierte Overdrive verleiht dem Sound eine cremige, üppige Textur. Die Intensität steuerst du intuitiv per Anschlagsdynamik – je härter du spielst, umso stärker hörst du den Effekt.

The Leslie effect with rotating speakers is familiar from the organ and is standard in modern music. With the Pinwheel, you can now swirl your guitar sound in the same way. Wenn du ein gut bestücktes Pedalboard hast, entstehen zusätzliche Schwankungen durch die Kapazität der Kabelverbindungen. Für jedes Instrument immer den richtigen Sound einzustellen kann da schnell zur abendfüllenden Aufgabe werden. Der Level Set Buffer schafft Abhilfe. Du kannst die Instrumente wechseln, ohne dass sich der Tone verändert. Zum neuartigen Design gehören Regler für Level, Hi-Freq und Load für eine Stabilisierung des Signals, außerdem ein Main Mute Fußschalter zum stummen Tunen. Über seinen eigenen Ausgang ist der Tuner ständig aktiv, ohne deine Signalkette zu unterbrechen.

Der Pour Over Envelope Filter hat noch ein paar zusätzliche Asse im Ärmel. Er reagiert nicht nur auf die Anschlagsdynamik, er kann auch mit dem integrierten Distortion-Schaltkreis kombiniert werden. Zu den Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten gehören wählbare High-Pass-, Low-Pass- und Band-Pass-Filter sowie Regler für die Ablaufrichtung des Signals, wodurch du den Sound exakt an deine musikalischen Ideen anpassen kannst.

The name Fender is synonymous with real tube tone. The MTG Tube Tremolo brings the hypnotic sound typically found in vintage amps and conveniently places it into a stomp box based around a genuine, U.S. made NOS 6205 preamp tube. Ein guter Fuzz ist unverzichtbar – der kratzige, breit zerfaserte Sound gehört in der Rockmusik zu den wichtigsten Gitarrenklängen der letzten Jahrzehnte. The Pelt Fuzz ist eine Neuentwicklung, und die hat's in sich. Mit den klassischen Reglern Level, Fuzz und Tone sowie Bloom baust und verfeinerst du deinen Sound. Die Geheimwaffe steckt im Mid-Switch. Damit boostest oder kappst du gezielt die Mitten. Der Thick-Switch macht seinem Namen alle Ehre und dickt den Klang insgesamt stark an.

A silicon fuzz pedal for modernists less bothered by the a hallowed land of Germanium, we were especially taken with the versatility afforded by the Blend control. Combined with a great range of drive it would make an ideal first fuzz for newcomers or those yet to be convinced. And it turns out Chris Buck is a fan of The Pelt too.
