We've taken the original Cry Baby Wah and added three of our most popular upgrades: the famous "Q" Control, which varies the intensity of the wah effect by adjusting the effect's bandpass shape; Volume Boost, for up to +15dB added gain; and our Auto-Return function that automatically engages the effect when you place your foot on the pedal.

The Big Muff Pi with Tone Wicker is a versatile fuzz and distortion pedal that expands upon the classic NYC Big Muff circuit by adding specialized tone-shaping toggles. The Wicker switch opens up three high-frequency filters to add top-end bite and rasp, while the Tone switch allows the user to bypass the tone control entirely for a raw, unfiltered broadband assault. When both switches are in their stock positions, the pedal delivers the legendary sustain and thick harmonic saturation characteristic of the original 1970s design. This model is housed in a compact XO-series die-cast chassis, making it more pedalboard-friendly than its predecessors. It is frequently utilized by musicians seeking the traditional "Muff" sound with increased clarity and presence in a modern format.

Cab X2

Based on the preamp circuit of the vintage Fender Quad Reverb amplifier used on Nirvana's In Utero album, the unit delivers classic clean-to-edge-of-breakup tones. Designed in collaboration with Nathan Slade of Sushibox FX, the internal architecture features a real internal JJ 12AX7 vacuum tube running at high plate voltage via an internal SMPS converter. Tone shaping is managed through a traditional three-band Bass, Middle, and Treble equalization stack alongside Volume gain and Master output controls. An integrated 220V source follower output buffer allows the pedal to drive any external power amplifier, effects loop return, or direct recording interface without signal degradation. The circuit provides dynamic touch sensitivity that transitions from pristine clean headroom to a light harmonic crunch when the input drive is pushed. Compact stompbox housing makes it suitable for integration into modern pedalboards, cab simulators, and direct-out live rigs.

QUATRO NOVERB

The Nerdvana Grime Distortion is an analog distortion pedal designed to recreate the heavy gain and aggressive voicing of the classic DOD Grunge circuit. The pedal produces dense clipping with prominent high and low-frequency emphasis, capturing early-1990s alternative drive tones. It features simple controls to shape output volume, overall EQ balance, and gain saturation. Built in a compact enclosure, it utilizes standard true-bypass switching to preserve dry signal integrity.

This high-gain fuzz pedal is a faithful recreation of the rare vintage Univox Square Wave circuit, famously utilized during the recording sessions for Nirvana's final studio album. It features a unique control scheme where the Balance knob acts as a volume cut—maintaining unity gain at its maximum setting—and the Wave control functions as a frequency-dependent bass cut. Modern enhancements include a specialized modification to reduce the inherent circuit hiss of the original design and the addition of a bypass indicator LED. The pedal utilizes NOS 1960s Germanium clipping diodes to deliver dark, asymmetrical fuzz tones with a gritty, aggressive character. Its compact enclosure features aesthetic nods to the original unit while offering a more rugged construction for contemporary pedalboards. The circuit is specifically voiced to achieve raw, "In Utero" style saturation with minimal tweaking.

The Nerdvana X is a specialized modulation effect designed to replicate the elusive "Pedal X" tone heard on the Steve Albini mix of the song Heart-Shaped Box. Rather than a direct clone of the original mysterious custom unit, it utilizes an alternate tremolo-based topology to achieve a range of "dirty" modulation sounds. The circuit offers two primary modes: Subtle, which transitions from pulsing tremolo to vibrato-like warble, and Bold, which pushes the signal into extreme ring modulation territory. Internal dip switches allow users to fine-tune the saturation levels to match specific studio recordings. The pedal features high-headroom operation and is designed to be placed last in the signal chain to maintain effect clarity.

Pedal Power 2 Plus

David Joyce

This analog stereo chorus pedal recreates the Bucket Brigade Device modulation circuit historically used to achieve prominent 1990s alternative rock and grunge guitar sounds. Built using a premium Panasonic MN3007 chip, it expands upon traditional designs by incorporating an eight-position rotary depth selector and dedicated high-cut and low-cut filters. A unique three-way mini-toggle allows users to choose between distinct circuit voicings modeled after different eras of the original pedal design. It features true bypass switching, dual stereo outputs with a phase-reversal switch, and an interactive wet-to-dry mix control.
