This unique high-gain amp in a pedal-format delivers tight, characterful sounds, and it is the perfect combination of real tube tone and 100 watts of power in an unrivaled compact and lightweight format. In cooperation with experienced, international metal guitarists, BluGuitar founder and professional guitarist Thomas Blug has developed this amp from the ground up, and, unlike the acclaimed AMP1 Mercury Edition, he voiced the AMP1 Iridium Edition uncompromisingly towards modern metal.

The AMPX, nicknamed the “virtual soldering iron,” is a 100% analog amp design featuring BluGuitar's innovative Neural Analog Amp technology. This design allows for editing and saving analog circuit parameters at a component level, enabling the amp to authentically recreate the DNA of virtually any existing or future tube amp design in analog tube tone quality. This same technology applies to pedals, effects, and speaker simulations, which also leverage digital processing where superior. The 100-watt, pedal-sized device comes with an extensive set of stock tones and is endlessly expandable via downloadable "BlugPRINTs" from an online library. Installing a BlugPRINT changes the analog circuit parameters to create a 100% authentic reproduction of a desired tube amp, offering a complete analog, tube-driven guitar rig.

John was one of the first rock stars to join our TonePrint program and his sounds proved so popular we decided to cooperate intensely and capture his interpretations of classic TC effects. We joined forces, and the result is what happens when you set John free on the effects that inspire him.

    • Six Signature Tones Designed by John Petrucci
    • Chorus, flanger and vibrato in one pedal
    • Custom voicing switch perfectly tuned to John’s custom ‘dark’ chorus sounds

Since they are such an integrated part of his “voice”, John knows our products like the back of his hand - so he knew exactly what he wanted, yielding some of the best sounding modulation effects out there.

With a carefully tuned, added midrange frequency register, the Tubedreamer delivers warm and rich overdriven sound through any amp.

A pivotal difference between the Tubedreamer and other Tubescreamers, is our choice to go with 3 diodes for asymmetrical clipping instead of symmetrical, enhancing the responsiveness of the pedal to fretting and picking nuances.

The Tubedreamer employs the legendary JRC4558D chip to deliver its classic sound, just like in the original, sought-after 808’s, and also introduces a wider gain range accessible by the high-gain-stage toggle-switch.

Musical compression and clean boost!
Our Double Classic Comp pedal has a natural sound and is very musical – much like high-end rack mounted compressors found in professional studios. Adjust the Ratio setting from moderate to heavy compression, create a very effective clean boost, or boost your amp from subtle to full overdrive [with just a few turns of the control knobs]. Using the same compressor circuit from our Joe Walsh Double Classic pedal, this pedal is acclaimed by players far and wide.

The Alien Bass Station, or ABS for short, is a multi effects pedal that we designed specifically for bass players who are looking to shape and control their sound in both live and studio situations. This unique one of a kind pedal combines three essential effects that all bass players should have: “Limiter/Compressor” – “Amp Generator” – “Gamma Fuzz”.

But the Alien Bass Station is not limited to just bass guitar alone. History has shown us that some of the best designs originally intended for bass, like the legendary Fender Bassman, have become essential favorites among guitar players as well. When you plug a guitar into the ABS the character of the pedal changes and becomes an entirely different animal.
The ABS is an essential tool for any bass player to have, while at the same time it can be a guitar player’s secret weapon.
